As with any nicotine replacement, your success is dependent on your seriousness and willpower to quit. Nicotine replacements work best when other types of psychological therapies and exercises are implemented. The best way to continue on with quitting is to see results, but unfortunately, sometimes the negative symptoms of nicotine withdrawal can make it so difficult that one may not get to the good results, which is where a nicotine replacement comes in extremely handy.
