What detox/cleansing can I do after quitting smoking cigarettes?

I have successfully quit smoking for over 3 months now and I would like to attempt to do some sort of detox to clear out some of the bad toxins/tar from smoking.

Are there any good methods for this?

I have noticed a bit of phlegm coming up in the past few months. Thanks

Answers:

I don't know if it helps, but after I quit I began to take a multivitamin each day. Also sauna's are great to swear out all the toxins, drink loads of water and exercise :) I just went for brisk walks for about 30 minutes every couple of days and it felt like I could breath again it was amazing!

It's been almost 2 years since I have quit, it's the best thing you will ever do for yourself, well done!
