Taking Wellbutrin 150mg to quit smoking and can't sleep at night?
I have been on it for 1.5 weeks and just started taking it twice a day 4 days ago as instructed, once in the am and once at night. I have heard not to take it at night and that might help with the sleeplessness, but if that is the case when should I be taking the 2nd pill?
-Also, is it ok to take a sleeping pill like tylenol PM before bed while on this medication?

I would consult your dr that gave it to you. He might want you to take it a different way to help with your problem. And if not you can make sure Tylenol PM will be ok.

Wellbutrin can cause insomnia which is why it's usually taken in one dose in the morning. Tell your doctor about your insomnia and see if you can take it all in the am. It's ok to take Tylenol PM (occasionally) on it (although benedryl is the ingredient in Tylenol PM that makes you tired and you're better off just taking the benedryl).

Quit taking the Wellbutrin if you want any decent sleep.
Absolutely, do NOT take it in combination with the Tylenol PM.
Good luck on the tobacco cessation program.
