Is there a spell, charm, diet, and or concoction that is helpful in the quitting-smoking process?
This goes to all you educated, informed, and practicing pagans/witches out there. I am trying to quit smoking, and am a practicing pagan myself. Do any of you know of any kind of spells or diets or potions that are useful aids in the quitting process? Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks!!!

A tobacco vaporizer is a great alternative to smoking. Instead of burning the tobacco that generates toxic and carcinogenic byproducts.
You can't avoid it. Smoke is there first, quitting is not easy, but it's not that hard.
