If You Stop After 1 Year Your Lungs Will Be Almost Back To Normal They Wont Be As Good As They Were But Pretty Close Keep It Up. I Use To Love PrimeTimes But My Favorite Was Al Capones But Now I'm Back And Tis Worth Not Smoking And Being Out Of Breath All The F***ing Time
It's unlikely that 4 months of light smoking is going to affect your long term health. Some people smoke and live for a very long time. Long term smoking increases the odds that you will die young but it doesn't guarantee it. 4 months of smoking increases your cancer risk, but only very slightly. The negative effects on the heart and the blood vessels didn't have time to set in. Damage to the lungs is reversed quickly when you quit. Good for you for quitting. Don't start again and you have almost nothing to worry about.
there are long term side effects, you smoked now pay the price
