I NEED TO QUIT SMOKING! HELP TIPS!?
i really want to quit smoking i am 22 years old i have been smoking for 3 years and i can feel it when i exercise that its already effecting my breathing. i am terrified i will gain weight if i quit that is the SOLE reason why i have not tried quitting. Any tips on how to not gain weight if i stop smoking

just smoke tea its basically like a cigerette but youll ween yourself off of it and lose the desire to smoke
coffee kind of suppresses an appetite drink a lot of water since it has no calories and will make you fuller and try to eat healthy and gradually increase exercise

try nicorette maybe? try finding other habits that replaces smoking. Maybe like chewing gum? Then you slowly get out of the habit of chewing gum. Maybe that will work?
