I've been smoking weed since I was 14 as well,

Now I'm in university living life to the fullest and working hard, while smoking a bit of kush on the way

As a parent, why would you even allow your son to touch weed? (unless it's for medical purposes). If you knew your son is smoking weed, why in the world are you posting your question on here? You should be talking to your doctor, family or authorities for immediate action.

I don't know what you can do about this, but I wanted to respond to cocobell's answer... what gives you the right to judge someone else's parenting? You don't know the ins and outs of her relationship with her son- and I honestly think talking to the authorities would be a severe overreaction. I don't think I know any mother who would turn their own child over to the police for this.

it will not alter his mental development. i suggest let him smoke it. nothing will make him stop. nothing. i suggest talking to him about it and telling him the consequences of smoking marijuana. tell him hes allowed to smoke it as long as he knows its safe and that it isn't laced with any other drugs. as long as he says away from ecstasy an other drugs, your son will be fine. people have been smoking marijuana forever. it is a plant, it grows from the earth and it was put on this earth for a humans enjoyment. i wouldn't worry too much. let your son have his fun (:

Put him in the military youth academy. or make him participate in some sports and clubs in school. Ground him and take away his computer and that stuff. Don't give him any money he will just buy more drugs.

Smoking will alter his mental development because it is a drug that affects the mental state and it is not good for the lungs. It may be harsher on the lungs since you hold the smoke in longer. The drug is addictive. This drug can be harmful in a variety of ways and smoking it at 15 can impair him.

I am 15 years old too. I completely disagree with weed.

Just take away his playstation or somthing he loves

Or you can do room raids and just take the weed away from him
