How can quit smoking?

You have sit, more than a minute, more like a hour, and think of the things you are not going to do, probably the things that you associate with smoking. Like where did you get the smokes; don't go there. Go to a different store for food, or drink. If you travel, eyes on the road, direct routes, and don.t pull in to get gas because you want a pick of smoogies. Find the vices, and let them go.
For me it was no more AM/ PM and and Mickey D's, and start going straight home after work, and fixing dinner, and eating, and then relaxing at home. I figure, I paid the rent, why not ?
I really did just sit in bosses office for quite some time and figured I better not go get burgers and beer. I made it home that night, had dinner, and havn't touched the stuff since.
