Do your lungs hurt after you quit smoking?
I just turned 20 and I've been smoking since I was 16, I quit once when I was 18 for a month but then started again, after that it got to the point where I was smoking a pack a day. I decided to quit because I could feel how smoking was affecting my body, I'm 20 and I eat right and exercise, I should have way more energy then this!!! So I've been a non smoker for about two weeks now but when I bend over, or breathe hard, or do any physical activity that makes me breathe harder then usual is feels like my lungs are sore and they ache. Is that normal? Or should I get that checked out? or both? Lol.
